Structured document authoring refers to the process of creating documents using a structured approach, where content is organized in a systematic and logical manner. In simpler terms, it’s like building a document using a blueprint or a template.

Instead of just typing away without a plan, structured document authoring involves breaking the information into different sections or categories. These sections can include things like headings, subheadings, paragraphs, bullet points, tables, and so on. Each section serves a specific purpose and contributes to the overall structure and clarity of the document.
